Semi-Private Training
 
Semi-private training is where two to three clients will receive individual instruction at the same time. Each client receives a personal program that last six weeks and is supported with a weekly semi-private workout with a fitness trainer. This option is economical and effective.
GROUP TRAINING

 

Metabolic classes help boost your metabolism while increasing strength and range of motion. These group classes are open to members and non-members. Routines change often and different variations of each skill are provided to accommodate a range of fitness levels. These classes are a fun introduction to Afterburn’s fitness systems.

Youth Training
 
Youth programming is designed to help kids develop and strengthen movement patterns specific to a sport. The inspiration, highly diversified skill set, education and experience of Afterburn trainers have supported many youth clients in achieving their athletic dreams. Afterburn also works with youth recovering from sports injury and youth simply in need of improved health and well-being
