Afterburn’s approach to exercise is more practical, efficient, and holistic. They propose an alternative to classical exercise. They focus on correcting and strengthening functional movement as opposed to isolated strength/muscle development.

 

Afterburn’s trainers first assess and grade a client’s movement ability. They then design programs to target problems with body asymmetry, identifying exercises that will build strength and restore proper movement.

Movement Workout routines involve performing compound exercises designed to enhance the relationship between your body’s muscular and nervous systems. Doing so can help you move more efficiently undertake motions such as pushing, pulling, climbing, walking, sprinting, jumping, twisting, turning, etc.
